Reporting and Record Reports
In this video we how how to build powerful record reports in Salesk’s CRM: you start by creating a new report, pick your data source (like deals), apply filters (e.g. deals you made), choose your primary metric (count, sum or average of deal value), then group by fields such as close date or deal stage and optionally segment by another dimension (like source). He demonstrates switching between bar, pie, doughnut and line charts to visualise the same data differently, renaming and saving the chart, and finally pinning it to your dashboard so key insights are always front and centre when you log in.
