SalesDesk makes document collaboration seamless by letting you create reusable templates (for proposals, specs, etc.) directly within the platform, spin up new documents pre‑populated with your template content, and then link or share them into customer workspaces with fine‑grained control over visibility. Both your team and invited customers can comment on drafts in real time, triggering notifications when feedback arrives, or generate a locked PDF version for final review. All documents are indexed and searchable in each workspace’s library, and you can even share them in your in‑workspace chat to keep discussions and deliverables perfectly synchronised.
