Linking SalesDesk CRM to Workspaces
In this video, John explains how SalesDesk’s unique two‑context model—an internal CRM view and a shared Workspace view—lets you link any CRM record (like proposals or assets) directly to a Workspace and then choose whether to share it with customers. From the CRM view you can search for an existing asset, link it to a Workspace (keeping it hidden or marking it as “shared”), and then in the Workspace view toggle its visibility in the customer’s resource library. Because all Workspace‑created records (tasks, meetings, recordings, etc.) automatically sync back to the CRM, you never need to worry about data migrations or separate digital sales rooms—just two different presentations of the same underlying data.
