Linking SalesDesk CRM to Workspaces
In this video, John explains how SalesDeskâs unique twoâcontext modelâan internal CRM view and a shared Workspace viewâlets you link any CRM record (like proposals or assets) directly to a Workspace and then choose whether to share it with customers. From the CRM view you can search for an existing asset, link it to a Workspace (keeping it hidden or marking it as âsharedâ), and then in the Workspace view toggle its visibility in the customerâs resource library. Because all Workspaceâcreated records (tasks, meetings, recordings, etc.) automatically sync back to the CRM, you never need to worry about data migrations or separate digital sales roomsâjust two different presentations of the same underlying data.
