The Two User Types ​
Internal Users
Internal users are the CRM users who comprise your sales teams. You create an internal user when you create a new user inside the CRM view (see below)
Customer Users
A Customer User represents your customers who are invited to log in and access Workspaces (see below). Customer Users can only log in to Workspaces. They have no access to your CRM view.
A Customer User is created when you invite a Lead or Contact record to log in to SalesDesk. The Lead or Contact record can access any workspace to which they have been added.
