The Two Views - Workspaces and the CRM

The application is divided into two different contexts and views.

CRM View

The CRM view can only be accessed by internal SalesDesk Users. Customer Users cannot access the CRM view. The CRM view is similar to many other CRMs, but it’s all built into SalesDesk. There is only one CRM instance in SalesDesk, and this is where you collaborate with your internal sales team.

Workspace View

The workspace is where you can collaborate with your customers. Internal users and customer users can access a workspace if they are invited to do so. The functionality and data available to an Internal User are more advanced than what is offered to a Customer User.

You can create multiple Workspaces in your SalesDesk account.
